2025 ANNUAL MEETING ~ APRIL 14, 2025
Board members serve 2-Year staggered terms. There are two board positions up for elections
this year. *Board candidates must be HOA members (lot owners) to qualify. We have received two verified candidate applications that are linked below for viewing. Additional nominations will be taken
from the floor of the annual meeting. All volunteers/nominees must be confirmed prior to the election. WHEN?

An official notice for the April 14, 2025, annual meeting was previously mailed to all members including candidate application form and proxy form.

**Proxy forms must be completed by an owner on title. Only listed owners or their designated proxies will be permitted to attend the meeting.

• If you cannot attend, return your signed proxy form. • Questions may be emailed to management in advance of the meeting, and a speaker sign-up sheet will be available at the meeting sign in for open forum. We Love Our Volunteers !!!

The HOA saves a lot of money and benefits from direct community member involvement and input by having dedicated volunteers serving on these committees.
