The Lakemoor Maintenance Committee is working to mark lifted sidewalk areas that may create a trip hazard.  This is in an attempt to get contractor bids and specs on how proper repairs should be made.  This would then be shared with affected residents with sidewalk damage adjacent to their properties to see if they want to join a group project and cost-share for their portion of the work, to hopefully garner better pricing for all residents needing repairs.  Anyone who wishes to contract repairs on their own is certainly able to do so, but the LMC thought at minimum sharing proper repair specifications as recommended by contractors would be beneficial to all in the community.  The HOA only intends to repair sidewalks adjacent to its common area lots as an HOA cost.
