If you already have a keycard you do not need to do anything.  All keycards will be activated Friday morning unless your account is delinquent.  If you have any inquiries on your account you may contact us at Shurie@dev-services.com, or via phone at (208)939-6000, Ext. 202.

 

If you are in need of a replacement keycard, the cost is $30 (check payable to Lakemoor HOA please). Keycards may only be distributed to the recorded owner(s) on title for a property - please bring picture ID with you.  Development Services office is open M-F, 9am-noon and 1-5pm (closed from noon to 1pm for the lunch hour).  We are located at 9601 W. State St., Ste. 203, Boise, ID 83714.  A release of liability waiver is required to be signed for pool use.  

 

A copy of the pool rules are available under HOA DOCUMENTS and in the HOMEOWNER HANDBOOK.  Please be courteous, and cognizant of these requests, when visiting your community pool.
