Attention Lakemoor Residents:

The HOA is now distributing resident fishing permits for catch and release fishing access on the Lakemoor waterways.  If you are interested in fishing in the neighborhood, you may contact Board member Steve Brody for a permit (208-938-4124).  You will need to keep your permit with you when fishing onsite.  The tackle box may be a good location for it perhaps. 

As a reminder, there are policies in place governing use of the ponds.  Please be sure to review the no contact and catch & release only policies.  They are both on the Board Policies List available under Forms and Documents on the HOA website. 

 

The HOA ponds are within the gated sections of the neighborhood and on the north side of the bridge on the Eagle Rd. entry.  The pond by the mailbox building on the west side of Colchester is NOT an HOA pond.
